I was fairly certain that these would break if I dropped them but I managed to only have an arm fall off during quite a few games. At the time I wanted something quick and dirty that could be used in game. They were made when plastic killa kans didn't exist and I was a student. I drybrushed on boltgun + chainmail then a wash of brown. Nothing fancy but with another 100 boyz to paint I couldn't be choosy! One of the red kans has little PVA glue rivets I tried out. Wasn't super successful.
While not looking great compared to the new kit, these were bits box specials and at the time, fielding 6 killa kans was an expensive proposition.
